Mr. Kraftson joined Dolphin in 1998 and currently serves as a Venture Partner.

Prior to joining Dolphin, Mr. Kraftson was a Director in CIBC's private equity investment unit in New York. While at CIBC, from 1995 through 1998, he closed private equity investments in five companies, including three communications firms. From 1990 until 1994, Mr. Kraftson worked at PNC Bank, N.A., in the Telecommunications Lending and Loan Workout Departments, last holding the title of Assistant Vice President.

Mr. Kraftson holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The College of William and Mary.
