Mr. Stewart joined Dolphin 1998. He currently serves on the board of TeraGo Networks.

Prior to joining Dolphin, Mr. Stewart was an Executive Director with CIBC's private equity investment unit in New York. He worked at CIBC from 1993 to 1998, where he closed private equity investments in 11 companies, including nine communications companies. While at CIBC, Mr. Stewart served as a director of four communications companies. He previously worked as an Associate in the investment banking departments at CIBC Wood Gundy (1992 to 1993) and Goldman Sachs & Co. (summer 1991), and was an accountant at Price Waterhouse (1987 to 1990).

Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario, and was a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1990 until 1998.
