Ceragon's FibeAir IP-10 Wins Best of WiMAX 2008 Award
TEL AVIV, Israel, and Chicago IL, October 2, 2008 - xchange magazine announced today that Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CRNT), a leading provider of high-capacity wireless backhaul solutions, has won the Best of WIMAX World Award in the category of Industry Innovation for its advanced FibeAir IP-10 platform. The annual awards recognize leaders in the development and deployment of WiMAX technologies. Nominations were open to exhibitors, sponsors and speakers of WiMAX World USA Conference and Expo, Sept. 30 – Oct. 2 in Chicago, and selected by a judging panel of experts from the WiMAX community.
Ceragon’s FibeAir IP-10 received the Industry Innovation award on Oct. 1 at a ceremony following the close of the WiMAX World exhibition floor. Awards were presented to recipients in six categories. Ceragon and their award will be featured in the December issue of xchange, as well as on the WiMAX World and xchange Web sites.
