Toronto - Oct 30, 2008 - TeraGo Inc. (TSX:TGO) today announced that Scott Browne has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective November 13, 2008. Kurban Khanbhai will remain Interim Chief Financial Officer until November 12, 2008.

Scott Browne’s career spans more than 15 years with a focus on financial management in the high tech and telecom sectors. Most recently, his three year tenure at Bell Canada and BCE included roles as Vice President of New Ventures and Vice President of VoIP Business and Financial Performance, with responsibility for identifying, creating and managing new businesses for Bell Canada.
Prior to his work at BCE, Mr. Browne served as Chief Financial Officer for Nextair Inc. where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions for the TSX-listed company. Mr. Browne has also held senior roles at AT&T Canada and Netcom Canada Inc.
Mr. Browne began his career as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
